Recreational therapists seek to reduce depression, stress and anxiety in their clients while helping them build confidence and socialize within their community.
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) to enhance a person’s health and well-being.
Aquatic Therapy
Consists of an exercise program that is performed in the water. It is a beneficial form of therapy that is useful for a variety of medical conditions.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapists treat injured, ill, and/or disabled clients through the therapeutic use of everyday activities.
Speech & Language Therapy
Speech-language pathologists assess, diagnose, treat, and help to prevent communication and swallowing disorders in children and adults.
